Greetings Mr. Patel,

In May 2011 we enjoyed our favorite hotel, Hotel Boulevard. Again, all was perfect for our stay of 8 days/nights. For over twenty years, we have visited, making 35 trips to Africa for business and lesiure. We are corporate members of the East African Wildlife Society, and serve as USA Financial reps. Often we bring guests on personal tours ~ partly cultural, partly safari. They have been very pleased.

We are writing to express our appreciation for the excellence of the staff: Mr. Kennedy Logedi, the excellent Unit Manager, who is always attentive. Mr. Samson Odoyo, is very experienced, and a good leader. We are always greeted by Danson, Jackson and William, who are helpful. Your wok chef is very good; servers Gabriel, George, Jonathan and Joseph (plus Irene) are pleasant.

The recent renovations are welcome: updated bathrooms/decorations, as well as the coffee/tea maker, and water.  Also, we noticed shelves being put into the cyber shop. Indeed, it is practical to stock basic items and gifts. Please accept and share our compliments. We plan to return soon: September/October 2011 with friends who stayed with us at Hotel Boulevard in 2008. Wishing you continued success, we thank you sincerely,
